Coming up...

Tuesday April 20th is the next Lo 'E' Nuf club night at the Ace Cafe, hopefully see lots of you there.

Sunday May 2nd is the Stanford Hall VW show



One for all the buffers and parts hunters out there. Excellent concours competition and a huge trade area on the front lawn of this lovely stately home.

Tickets are £7 for adults and £1 for children.

Bank Holiday Monday, May 3rd, is the Chalgrove May Festival. All the usual village fete things: art & crafts, classic cars, bbq, steam engines, helicopter rides, etc. A good family day out.

We should be chugging down in a cruise from Bicester so see ginga for details.

Wednesday May 5th is the Spring Riot at the Ace Cafe


Get there early if you want to get in the car park.

Sunday May 16th is the Chiltern Hills Vintage Vehicle Rally. Held next door to Aylesbury Rugby Club between Weston Turville and Aston Clinton.

Random Blah

Some recent pictures from ginga to help while away the minutes...

This Suzuki was spotted waiting for an MOT outside an Aylesbury garage recently. It had been spotted before, doing laps of the Maccy-D drive-in, when it had the "pre-owned" vibe about it but the addition of the Mazda front end is sheer genius. (click on the pics etc)

Note the precision wing fitting using the absolute minimum number of self tapping screws

Here we can see the invisible repair to the rear bumper using tie-wraps and the lightweight sports perspex rear window complete with dividing rubber strip (!?!)
